HOPPY wants to join - but he does not live in continental USA (he lives in europe) so leaguesafe will not allow him to do an echeck.

Does anyone have a problem with me making HOPPY CO-COMMISSIONER ON CBSSPORTSLINE - to allow him to pay the league fees and then I can mark him as paid offline on the leaguesafe?
